We guarantee satisfaction: if for any reason you are not satisfied with your tour, every effort will be made to rectify the problem at no additional charge to you.
In order to produce the video tour in a timely manner, we are dependant upon access to the location at the agreed date and time. Any change to the schedule needs to be communicated in a timely manner. An additional travel charge may be assessed if a timely change in schedule is not communicated within a reasonable period of time prior to the shoot date, or if the videographer is unable to access the location at the scheduled time.
If the video shoot is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, the payment may be held as a credit to the next session, or may be returned less a $20 cancellation fee.
In no event shall we be held responsible for any damages. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for a tour.

The base cost of a Knightyme Video Tour is $130.00 which includes a video tour with custom music and professional voice over narration. When do I have to pay for the video tour?
While payments may be made at the time the order is placed, payments are due no later than the date of the video shoot (before editing begins).
How do I pay and what forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks (made out to Knightyme Studios Inc.) or credit cards and checks through Paypal. For your convenience, you can access our online order forms here at our website, or we can send you an invoice through Paypal.
Why do video tours cost more than 360 degree virtual tours?
Video Tours require much more equipment that is typically needed for virtual 360 degree tours: Knightyme Video Tours are created by literally walking a camera mounted on a steadicam through an entire property. Subsequent editing of the steadicam footage is necessary to create the final walk-through video, whereas 360 degree tours are shot from a single vantage point–usually in the center of each room–and do not give the viewer a sense of what it feels like to actually walk through the home the way a Knightyme Video Tour does.

How do I order a video tour?
Ordering a video tour is simple. You may schedule a date & time by email, or you may simply call our Support Team at 678-318-1468 x 587 where one of our knowledgeable customer service associates will assist you in placing your order.
I’ve placed an order–now what happens?
After placing your order, you will receive a call from one of our support team members by 7 pm the next business day. Our team member will help you arrange a meeting at your property, and in most cases our videographers are available to shoot your property within 1-2 business days.
What is the process and how long will it take to complete the property tour?
There are many Knightyme Video Tour professionals on each team involved with completing your Knightyme Video Tour. All the professionals work together through a Project Coordinator to complete your customized presentation in a timely manner. Usually, only 3-4 business days are required (from the time of booking) to complete a Knightyme Video Tour. Outlined below is a summary of our process.

1. KVT (Knightyme Video Tours) collects property information from client.
2. KVT videographer shoots property.
3. KVT edits video footage; adding custom music.
4. KVT writes, records and inserts narration and custom music.
5. KVT emails Video Tour links to client, and posts to relevant websites.
This entire process takes approximately 3-4 business days.
Can I post my Knightyme Video Tour on my own realtor web page?
Yes. We will provide you with a URL link that you can easily post on your web page or in your emails. If you are a member of Realtor.com, FMLS, or GAMLS, we can post it to these sites for you; as we are an approved virtual tour provider for these companies.
Who hosts the videos once they are completed?
Your Video Tour is hosted on Knightyme Studios Video Tour server.
What geographic area do you cover?
Knightyme Video Tours operates in the Metro Atlanta area; however, arrangements may be made for distant locations.
How many rooms and exteriors do you film? Unless otherwise told, the videographer will film the entire interior of the property, and capture still images of the exterior of the property.
What is the length of a typical Knightyme Video Tour?
Depending on the size of the property, a typical Knightyme Video Tour will run between 3 and 6 minutes in length.
How much time will I need to allocate?
You will need to set aside about an hour per property for the filming process.
Do I need to be onsite for the video tour?
Yes. You or one of your associates should be on site for the filming.
I want to cancel/reschedule my video tour.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a Video Tour, please call us at 678-318-1468 x 587 within 24 hours of your scheduled video shoot. If the shoot is not cancelled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of $35 may be assessed.
Can still photos for the listing be taken?
Still photos are available depending on the package selected.
